This week is devoted to deeply anchoring a sense of internal safety. Using expanded orienting practices, sensory awareness, and gentle movement, you’ll learn how to signal to your body that it’s safe to soften, to open, and to be here.

We’ll work with the environment, the breath, and the body together — helping you come out of hypervigilance and into a more grounded, settled state.
