In this first week, I gently guide you out of the mind and back into the body. You’ll begin reconnecting to sensation, breath, and presence — the foundations of feeling safe within yourself. Through grounding practices, awareness exercises, and guided embodiment, you’ll start to rebuild a relationship with your body that feels supportive, steady, and real.
